Chrome extension for job seekers

Apply smarter.
Interview stronger.

RoleFit reads the job posting you're on and tailors your resume, drafts your application answers, and tells you exactly what you're missing before you hit submit.

Nothing is ever auto-submitted. You review and paste every answer yourself.

How it works

One posting, four things handled

Open the side panel on any job listing. RoleFit works through the posting in order, so everything below is ready before you start filling out the form.

01

Tailors your resume

Reshapes your resume around the posting, surfacing what this employer is actually screening for.

02

Drafts your answers

Writes a first pass for open-ended prompts like "why are you a good fit," ready for you to copy in.

03

Spots what's missing

Flags any skill the posting wants that isn't backed up on your resume, before an interviewer finds it.

04

Preps the interview

Turns the role's requirements into likely technical questions, plus quick answers for the standard behavioral ones.

Features

Built around the actual application, not a dashboard

RoleFit stays open in Chrome's side panel while you move through a job posting and its application form, so nothing here happens somewhere you have to remember to go back to.

Tailored resumes

A resume shaped for this posting, not a generic one

RoleFit reads the posting and rewrites your resume's emphasis around it, formatted to parse cleanly through applicant tracking systems.

  • Formatting built for ATS parsing, not just human readers
  • Keywords matched to this specific posting, every time

Application answers

Drafted for you, submitted by you

For the open-ended prompts every application has, RoleFit writes a draft grounded in your actual resume. You copy it in yourself, nothing is auto-filled or auto-submitted.

  • Copy-paste by design, so your data never touches a third-party form
  • Edit before you send. It's a first draft, not a final answer
Draft — Why are you a good fit? My background in design systems maps directly onto what this role needs, especially the Figma component work called out in the posting.
Skill gap analysis

Know what's missing before an interviewer does

RoleFit checks your tailored resume against the posting and flags anything it's asking for that your resume doesn't actually back up, so you can address it or brush up before the call.

Gap flagged This posting asks for SQL experience. It's not reflected anywhere on your current resume.
Interview prep

Questions specific to this role, not generic ones

RoleFit turns the posting's required skills into the technical questions you're likely to be asked, plus quick point-form answers for the standard behavioral rounds.

FAQ

Questions people ask before installing

Does RoleFit submit applications for me?

No. RoleFit drafts answers and tailors your resume, but you review and paste everything yourself. Nothing is ever auto-filled or auto-submitted.

Will this actually help me pass ATS screening?

It helps with the two things you actually control: clean formatting the system can parse, and keyword alignment matched to each posting. No tool can guarantee outcomes on a closed, proprietary system, and we won't claim otherwise.

What happens to my resume data?

Your resume is used to generate tailored output for the posting you're on. RoleFit doesn't autofill third-party forms, so your data doesn't get pushed to sites you haven't reviewed yourself.

What browsers does RoleFit support?

Chrome today, built on the side panel API. Edge support is planned for closer to launch, with Firefox to follow separately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans are month to month with no lock-in.

Your next application, handled in one panel
